U.S. Benefits
Benefits are offered to full-time and life insurance is offered to part-time regular employees working a minimum of 15 hours per week. All benefits are subject to the employee meeting eligibility requirements.
Benefits will begin on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Full-time employees have 30 days from their new hire, rehire or status change date to enroll into benefits.

Full-time employees may change their benefit elections during the year only if they have a qualifying life event or at open enrollment. Employees must request the change and provide documentation within 30 days of the qualifying life event.
We offer a 401(k) Plan to eligible employees through J.P. Morgan once they have completed 1 year of service with the company in which the employee has 1,000 or more hours of service. The Company currently will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee’s salary deferral and 50% of up to the next 2% of the employee’s salary deferral. When employees are eligible, J. P. Morgan mails an enrollment guide to their home.
